Most hosting services have video tutorials on the tools in the cPanel, and it simply help you get started. But usually they do not cover more advanced topics such as e-mail authentication, protect your files to download, redirect visitors to an error, the backup site, and blocking IP addresses of persons who attempt hack your site. And how do you know who is trying to hack your site? Did you know that you can put a blog on your website with only few mouse clicks? These are all things you can do this using cPanel.
